The company vision is led by Sanjeev Pradhan Roy, Managing Partner/Director. A MBA from a premier B-school with 12+ years of credible experience in talent acquisition and global executive search in South East Asia/Asia Pacific/MENA region. He is an awarded Research Scholar and has held several leadership positions in the past. His Co-Director/Partner, Mr. Rupak Pasari is a visionary entrepreneur from India with interests in mining, infrastructure and steel.

Team One has on its External Advisory Board credible ex-Managing Partners, seasoned entrepreneurs, Business Heads and Lead Consultants from Executive Search in different fields all specializing in board level searches, corporate training, management consulting, senior level placements and mid-level specific engagements.
